The breeder certifies that the puppy you purchased is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of my knowledge, and has been given all vaccinations and deworming as stated on the Florida Health Certificate. If this puppy has a genetic defect, the following stipulations must be adhered to in order for a replacement to be made: Official report from a licensed vet stating, without a doubt, the puppy has a genetic defect that will hinder the puppy, must be sent along with a phone number of the vet’s office. If the puppy shall die an autopsy must be done by a licensed vet stating the cause of death. The document must be forwarded to me before determination will be made. The breeder reserves the right to confirm diagnosis with a vet of my choice. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses you may incur, including vet expenses. 

This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the puppy. Parasites are not covered under warranty as a puppy can pick these up overnight in travel. Your puppy will be up to date on wormings and should be dewormed regularly as recommended by your vet.

Hernias, umbilical cord or inguinal are occasionally present in puppies. You will be notified if there is a hernia problem with your puppy. Most will be outgrown. If not, they can easily be repaired at the time of neutering or spaying which is highly recommended if you are not planning on breeding. 

We have raised this puppy from sound parents and it is your responsibility to take care of him/her to ensure a long healthy life. You will play an important role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

      If you are not able to keep this puppy in the future and wish to return it to the breeder, you may do so along with the paperwork provided by the breeder at the time of purchase. !!!!! YOU WILL NOT receive a REFUND for this puppy!!!!!
